Artists Statement

My art is a reflection of the intricacies of life, nature, and time influenced by the rich cultural heritage of my Yoruba roots. Through a unique blend of abstract to realism using a certain pattern like that of the shape of a sanglass on my subject, depicting the ever-present passage of time on the evolution of nature and human Life in general.

Using acrylic on canvas, I tend to create a visual element that will compel my audience into the world of dialogue and introspection and contribute to the conversation. I explore the complexities of decision-making, the beauty of nature, and the ever-present passage of time.

My art seeks to draw attention and inspiration from the status quo within my environment, Time, nature, world, and the interesting world of men and women i.e.,Their decisions, life struggles, love stories, and socio-political concepts.
